Join our manufacturing team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician and help keep our operations running safely and efficiently. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to minimize downtime and support production.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Repair motors, conveyors, bearings, pumps, valves, and other production equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Complete work orders and preventive maintenance records in a CMMS.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment safely.
- Work closely with production to reduce downtime while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Experience with CMMS software is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
