We are expanding our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team in the Tampa, Florida area and are seeking a compassionate, collaborative physician to help lead high-quality patient care across multiple facilities.

Position Highlights
- Full-time Physician supporting Skilled Nursing Facility operations
- Cover a network of 6 Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the Tampa/Hillsborough County area
- Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary care team
- Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule while making a meaningful impact in post-acute and long-term care
Responsibilities
- Provide physician oversight and clinical support for 2 Nurse Practitioners
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, who serve as the primary rounding providers in their assigned facilities
- Divide time between two service regions during a standard five-day workweek
- Assist with complex patient evaluations, care planning, and medical decision-making
- Support quality initiatives and ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Adjust coverage based on patient acuity and operational needs
Qualifications
- Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Skilled Nursing Facility, post-acute, long-term care, or geriatric experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative care skills
