Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Piston Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic to join our dynamic aviation maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, & overhaul of aircraft systems to ensure compliance with safety & quality standards. Maintaining and promoting the company’s commitment to operational excellence & safety in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, & repairs on aircraft systems & components
- Troubleshoot, identify, & resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, adhering to regulatory & company standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes
- Ensure all tools & equipment are properly maintained & stored Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Commitment to safety and quality assurance in all maintenance activities
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
- Basic understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures & regulations
- Strong attention to detail & ability to follow safety protocols
Preferred:
- Experience in an aircraft maintenance environment, including internships or apprenticeships
- Familiarity with aviation maintenance software & record-keeping systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Technical Skills & Relevant Technologies
- Knowledge of aircraft systems including engines, hydraulics, & avionics
- Basic understanding of electrical systems & troubleshooting techniques
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and hand tools
- Knowledge of FAA regulations and company safety standards
Soft Skills & Cultural Fit
- Strong communication skills, both verbal & written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism

This position requires in-office presence at C. E. Page Airport, 2301 N. Cimarron Rd Hangar 4D Yukon OK 73099 & the flexibility to travel within the state of Oklahoma & abroad.
