At Landers Home Services LLC, we’re a local family-owned remodeling company that takes pride in doing quality work and treating customers right. As our remodeling side continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Lead Remodeling Technician to join our team.
We mainly focus on kitchen and bathroom remodels, along with other residential renovation projects. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can help projects run smoothly from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing: handling all phases of remodeling projects from demolition to final finishes, working on kitchen and bathroom remodels, installing and working with framing, tile, cabinetry, trim, flooring, and fixtures, helping guide helpers or crew members on projects when needed, keeping jobsites clean, organized, and professional, and communicating respectfully with homeowners and team members.
What we’re looking for: three to five years of hands-on remodeling experience, strong knowledge of residential remodeling, experience with demo, framing, tile, cabinetry, basic plumbing or electrical, and finish work, someone dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, and a professional and respectful attitude.
