This is more than a driving position. As a Lead Driver & Crew Leader, you'll serve as the face of the company on move day—leading crews, coordinating job-site activities, and helping ensure every customer receives exceptional service from start to finish.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Safely operate non-CDL moving trucks
- Lead residential and commercial moving crews
- Load, unload, protect, and transport customer belongings
- Keep crews organized, productive, and focused throughout the day
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Create a positive experience for both customers and crew members
- Lead by example through professionalism, teamwork, and accountability

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- No CDL required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our West Hartford facility
- Professional appearance and commitment to excellent customer service
