Triangle Shooting Academy is looking for upbeat and welcoming individuals to join their Guest Services Team! Guest Services is tasked with greeting all members and guests upon their arrival.
Responsible for checking in guests to the range, providing assistance and customer service, processing processing range cards, memberships, issuing gift cards, checking-in courses/private instruction guests and more. These processes involve the use of web-based apps, point-of-sale software, Microsoft Office products, etc. If you have guest service experience or simply love working with people and are looking to gain guest service experience, we'd like to meet you!
Firearm knowledge is not required, but preferred. Applicants must feel comfortable learning basic firearm safety and handling firearms when necessary.
This role does require working weekdays, weekends, and some evenings (until 9pm).
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional guest services experience to all members and guests
- Ensure all guests are properly greeted upon arrival
- Assist guests with obtaining range cards and memberships
- Issue gift cards using point of sale systems
- Check in guests arriving for courses, private instruction, and range use
Skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent problem-solving and ability to shift tasks quickly and efficiently
- Reliable and professional
- Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, point-of-sale software, and web-based applications
- Willing to learn basic firearm safety - handling not required
