We are a small, close-knit dental office in Reading, MA looking for a reliable, friendly professional to join our team full-time. Our office has 4 operatories and a team that works closely together — we value people who jump in where needed and help create a positive, supportive environment for patients and coworkers alike.

This isn't just an administrative assistant role - it's also a dental assisting role — it's a dual-function position that blends chairside clinical work with front office administration. If you have an administrative background and are interested in learning dental assisting hands-on, we will train you. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career without needing prior clinical experience.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Chairside dental assisting with the dentist
- Setting up and breaking down operatories before and after procedures
- Sterilization of instruments and maintaining clinical flow
- Supporting a smooth daily schedule and a great patient experience
- Learning clinical procedures on the job (on the job training available)
Administrative Responsibilities
- Insurance verification and benefit checks
- Confirming appointments and patient outreach calls
- Basic scheduling support and front desk coverage
- Helping the team stay organized and on track throughout the day
