You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TELECOMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST in the SYSTEMS INTEGRATION AND SUSTAINMENT BRANCH, SPECIAL COMMUNICATIONS MISSION SOLUTIONS (SCMS) DIVISION, RAPID CAPABILITY SOLUTIONS DEPARTMENT, RAPID CAPABILITY ENGINEERING GROUP of NAWCAD WEBSTER OUTLYING FIELD.
- You will explore, develop, and assess emerging IT capabilities, applications, infrastructure, and technologies to determine their applicability for insertion into programs.
- You will continuously monitor evolving management issues, emerging technologies, changing operational requirements, and higher-level mandates to ensure capabilities are effectively integrated and responsive to broad customer needs.
- You will collaborate closely with Contracting Officers and Business and Financial Managers (BFMs) to establish responsive contract vehicles and resource management strategies across all life-cycle phases of special communication programs.
- You will manage manpower resources, develop hiring strategies, cross-training initiatives, and skills-mix optimization to enable maximum staffing flexibility and workload prioritization.
- You will manage provided funds, control tasking across team-wide locations, and ensure responsive, timely support to customer needs.
