Summary
We’re seeking a skilled Trim Carpenter with Remodeling Experience to join our team – but we are also open to motivated candidates at all experience levels. This role involves hands on work from demo to completion, including framing, cabinet installation, trim work, flooring, and tile installation. If you’re versatile, detail oriented, and enjoy problem solving on residential remodel projects, this position is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
As a Trim Carpenter with Remodeling Experience, you’ll work on residential kitchen and bath projects from start to finish. You’ll handle everything from demolition to final trim, ensuring each phase is completed with craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving, and hands on work in a fast paced remodeling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform trim carpentry on kitchen and bath remodels
- Install cabinetry, flooring, and tile
- Assist with framing and general carpentry tasks
- Execute work from demolition through final completion
- Communicate effectively with team members, homeowners, and designers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in trim carpentry
- Experience with tile setting
- Residential remodeling experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to communicate clearly with team, homeowners, and designer
Compensation & Benefits
- Bi-weekly pay (hourly wage based on experience)
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Location: All crews start and finish their day at KCP shop in Salisbury.
