Duties
- Manage all aspects of customs clearance processes, ensuring adherence to customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Coordinate with freight carriers, logistics providers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth import/export operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with FDA regulations, OSHA standards, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions, and transportation safety regulations.
- Utilize global trade management software and Excel data analysis tools to prepare detailed reports on customs activities, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee export management activities, including documentation preparation, export licensing, and compliance management.
- Conduct regular audits of logistics operations to ensure transportation safety, logistics compliance, and supply chain integrity.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies related to customs brokerage management and trade compliance.
Experience
- Proven experience in customs brokerage management or international trade compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations compliance, including import/export procedures and FDA regulations.
- Familiarity with global trade management software systems and advanced Excel data analysis skills.
- Experience working with logistics teams on freight coordination, fleet management, and transportation management systems.
- Understanding of OSHA standards, transportation safety regulations, and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory reporting requirements accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent report writing skills with a focus on regulatory compliance documentation.

Pay: $53,953.51 - $64,976.27 per year
