The Vital Company connects individuals and families with essential community resources, housing opportunities, healthcare services, and educational programs. We partner with organizations throughout Georgia and surrounding areas to build stronger referral networks and improve access to services.
We're looking for a motivated, organized, and personable Marketing & Community Outreach Representative to help expand our community partnerships and referral network.
Job Summary
In this role, you'll be responsible for reaching out to community organizations to introduce The Vital Company, build professional relationships, gather resource information, and create new partnership opportunities.
This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys networking, relationship-building, and making a positive impact in the community.
Responsibilities
- Contact homeless shelters, transitional housing programs, food pantries, food banks, nonprofits, and community assistance organizations by phone and email.
- Introduce The Vital Company's services and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
- Collect and verify community resource information.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities using company tracking systems.
- Schedule follow-up calls and maintain ongoing communication with partner organizations.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach campaigns.
- Help identify new partnership and referral opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of marketing, outreach, business development, sales, or community engagement experience required.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, case management, social services, senior care, housing placement, or medical referrals preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and sending professional emails.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

Compensation
