InHer Physique is a physical therapist–owned, rapidly growing boutique practice specializing in Pelvic Rehab and Women's, Men's, and Pediatric Health. We're looking for a PTA who wants meaningful, specialized work with the flexibility of a part-time schedule and hands-on mentorship from an experienced Pelvic Rehab practice owner.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour
- Hours: 30–35 hrs/week (part-time/PRN)

- Progressive caseload — start light, build up as you gain comfort with complex cases
What You'll Do
Work under the direction of our supervising Pelvic Rehab PTs to carry out established treatment plans for a diverse caseload, including:
- Pre- and postpartum diagnoses
- Pelvic pain and painful bladder syndrome/IC
- Urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse
- Hip labrum pathology and SIJ dysfunction
- Colorectal conditions/chronic constipation
- Post-hernia repair pain
- Diastasis recti management
We also treat a significant caseload of active-duty military personnel with pelvic floor and abdominal diagnoses.
Who We're Looking For
Required:
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies from an accredited program
- Current FL PTA licensure, or willingness to obtain within 2–3 months of hire
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong team player with a collaborative, positive attitude
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen after hire
Preferred:
- 1+ year assisting with Women's Health/Pelvic Rehab caseloads
- Coursework or continuing education in pelvic floor rehab (APTA Women's Health Section, Herman & Wallace, or equivalent)
- Experience with pregnancy-related musculoskeletal dysfunction
- Orthopedic/sports medicine background and manual therapy skills (spine, hip, pelvic girdle)
- CPR certification
