Basic Function and Responsibility: Facilitates teacher-provided academic enrichment lessons and activities for Cub Club students in a safe, engaging afterschool environment. Provides supervision and classroom management while supporting student participation and positive behavior. Assists with transitions, materials and daily program routines.

3+ years experience working with elementary aged children

Instructional Support:

Provide instruction to students; work with individual students or small groups.

Help supervise students throughout the afterschool program, inside and outside the classroom, including playground, and other related activities

Keep Site Coordinator informed of special needs or problems of individual students.
