We are seeking a responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Torrance. In this temporary role, you will focus on assembly and kitting work, helping prepare products accurately and efficiently to meet our quality standards.
This position is primarily a seated assembly job and does not require heavy lifting. The ideal candidate is fast, accurate, and takes pride in doing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly & Kitting: Assemble accessories and package product kits accurately by following detailed instructions.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed items to ensure they meet company specifications and standards.
- Speed & Accuracy: Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Workstation Organization: Keep the assembly area clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Warehouse or assembly experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and responsible attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate assembly and quality assurance.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a production-focused environment.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset.
