Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pest Control Applicator (NJ Applicator license is required, NY Applicator license is a plus) to join our team. This role involves inspecting, treating, and managing pest issues for commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have experience and a strong interest in pest control with the ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service. The technician will be responsible for applying pest control solutions safely and effectively while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools and techniques
- Educate clients on pest prevention methods and recommend ongoing maintenance plans
- Document accurate records of treatments performed and client interactions
- Operate vehicles safely to travel between job sites and ensure compliance with driving regulations
- Follow all safety protocols related to the handling of chemicals and use of equipment
Experience
- Prior experience in pest control is required
- NJ Applicator License is required (documentation will be requested prior to scheduling an interview)
- Valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites
