Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
- Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, fixture installation, and general repair work
- Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend practical solutions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service on every job
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of paid experience in residential or commercial maintenance, remodeling, or repair
- Strong skills in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
