Local Knoxville company hiring an experienced vinyl and composite replacement window and door installation crew. We take pride in quality work, standing behind our word, and working with crews and homeowners in a professional, respectful way.
This is a 1099 subcontractor position for established crews only.
Not repair work. Not handyman work. Replacement experience required.
Requirements (Must Have)
- 2+ years vinyl replacement window experience
- Established 2-man crew (minimum)
- General Liability & Workers’ Comp insurance or exemption
- All own tools
- Reliable transportation, ideally with an enclosed trailer for window transport
- Professional, customer-friendly on occupied job sites

Scope of Work
- Residential vinyl and composite replacement window and door installations
- Proper installation, caulking, sealing, and cleanup
- Work must meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
