- Position: School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Location: Poulsbo, WA ("Little Norway" waterfront town on Kitsap Peninsula)

Duration: Full-time for the 2026-2027 school year (8/31/26 - 6/17/27), 37.5 hours/week
- Caseload:
- Primary: ~42 students
- Secondary: ~45 students
- Caseloads assigned based on skill set, preference, and district needs
- Compensation:
- Weekly pay ranges from $2,500 to $3,000 (based on experience)
- Tax-free per diem stipends available for eligible candidates

- Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech and Language Communication Disorders (or equivalent)
- Eligible for WA state license and ESA certificate
- Preferred: Previous experience/fieldwork with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads
- Experience with EMR/IEP documentation systems is a plus
- New graduates interested in pediatrics are welcome to apply
- Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students
- Collaborate with team members on evaluations & treatment plans
- Maintain documentation using EMR/IEP systems
- Work with children in a therapeutic, school-based setting
