Team Member Role: Team Members are essential to delivering a quality customer experience, support various restaurant functions, and embody our core values. This role requires teamwork, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Assist in preparing and/or assembling menu items following our standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow all health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain dependable attendance.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code, punctuality, and maintaining a professional appearance.
Secondary Responsibilities:

Restock items as needed.
- Complete opening/closing duties, including setting up and breaking down workstations for open/close shifts
- Attend bi-annual Staff meetings
- Able to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Strong commitment to being on time and dependable for all scheduled shifts.
- Adhere to the company dress code and maintain a neat and polished appearance at all times.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and supportively within a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Able to adjust to changing priorities and customer demands.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- May require lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours.
Years of Experience:

Previous food service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
Education:

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
