Bayland Transport & Logistics LLC is seeking an organized, detail-oriented professional to join our Green Bay team. This position offers 20 to 30 hours per week with built-in scheduling flexibility—making it ideal for professionals balancing external commitments, family schedules, or continuing education.
In this role, you will be a key player in our weekly financial, payroll, and fleet tracking workflows. If you have a solid foundation in bookkeeping, an eye for data accuracy, and an interest or background in the fast-paced logistics industry, we want to hear from you!

- Accounts Payable & Carrier Settlements: Help keep our vendor and partner relationships strong. Review incoming maintenance invoices, fuel bills, and carrier bills for accuracy; verify compliance with company policies; and provide key support during month-end and year-end closing periods.
- Fleet & Regulatory Administration: Assist with essential transportation records maintenance. This includes supporting the compliance team with fuel tax data entry (IFTA support), tracking toll expenses, and organizing equipment maintenance files.
- HR & Personnel Records: Support onboarding and offboarding workflows. Process new-hire documentation, assist with driver qualification file organization, support benefits enrollment, and maintain secure, confidential personnel records.
- Office Management: Keep our terminal office moving forward by managing office supplies, handling incoming mail/documentation, and maintaining organized physical and digital records.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or payroll administration. Previous experience in the trucking, logistics, or supply chain industry is highly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel skills are a must). Practical experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or specialized transportation management systems (TMS) and fleet payroll portals is a major plus.
- Key Skills: Exceptional attention to data detail, strong numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage a recurring weekly processing pipeline autonomously. Excellent communication skills for interacting with our driving fleet and dispatch team.
