We’re passionate about the outdoors and committed to delivering an outstanding in-store experience. We’re hiring Sales Associates to join our Ski & Snowboard, Footwear and Apparel departments to help connect customers with the gear and advice they need for their next adventure.

Location: On-site – Wilton, CT
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends
Sales Associates are the heart of our store experience. This role is all about engaging with customers, learning product knowledge, and supporting the team in creating a welcoming and well-run retail environment. You’ll receive sales and product training and have the opportunity to grow your skills in a variety of departments.

Key Responsibilities
◾ Greet and assist customers using our sales approach
◾ Learn and share information about outdoor gear and seasonal trends
◾ Take direction from managers and communicate effectively with teammates
◾ Participate in store projects and merchandising efforts
◾ Contribute to a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
Required Skills & Experience
◾ Prior retail or customer service experience helpful but not required
◾ Willing to learn through training and hands-on experience
◾ Enjoys working with people and gear
◾ Must be available weekends, holidays, and peak business times
◾ Able to complete 8-hour shifts on your feet and lift up to 40 lbs
