Outdoor Enhancements Landscaping is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in doing quality work. Whether you have previous experience or are willing to learn, we're looking for people who show up on time, work hard, and are committed to doing the job right. We provide hands-on training, consistent full-time hours (weather permitting), and opportunities to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, horticulture, and landscape installation.
Duties
- Perform professional lawn and landscape maintenance
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties to a high standard
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, hedge trimmers, and backpack blowers
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and seasonal color
- Prune shrubs and perform basic tree care
- Assist with landscape installation and enhancement projects
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report needed repairs
- Work safely while providing exceptional service to every customer

Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to arrive by 6:00 AM
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Able to work physically active days (8–10 hours)
- Valid driver's license
