We are hiring a Production Finisher for a growing textile manufacturing facility. This is an entry-level opportunity with immediate openings and a simple hiring process. Candidates with manufacturing, production, machine operating, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Load yarn into production equipment
- Start and monitor automated textile machinery
- Perform basic thread repairs during production
- Conduct visual quality inspections on finished products
- Monitor machine performance and report any issues
- Maintain production flow and quality standards
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures
Requirements
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working around production machinery
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
