Senior Estimator | Commercial Construction | Dallas-Fort Worth
A leading General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Senior Estimator to its growing DFW team. This is a senior-level opportunity offering strong resources, flexibility, top-of-market compensation, and a clear path into Preconstruction leadership.
The Opportunity
- Lead estimating and preconstruction on commercial projects up to $150M
- Diverse portfolio across healthcare, industrial, higher education, corporate, hospitality, mixed-use, and other complex commercial projects
- Strong local DFW pipeline with limited travel
- Collaborative culture with excellent resources and autonomy for senior-level team members
- Future leadership opportunities including Director, VP, and Chief-level Preconstruction roles
What They're Looking For
- 10+ years of estimating/preconstruction experience with a General Contractor
- Must have strong commercial construction experience, ideally across healthcare, industrial, and other large-scale commercial sectors
- Experience with conceptual estimating, GMPs, hard bids, value engineering, constructability, and subcontractor buyout
- Proven ability to lead estimates and work directly with owners, architects, operations teams, and trade partners
- DFW subcontractor market knowledge is a major plus
