Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and accurately identify their service needs.
- Prepare repair orders and communicate recommended services.
- Provide estimates, explain repairs, and keep customers updated throughout the service process.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service advisor, customer service, or dealership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Basic computer skills and experience with dealership management systems are a plus.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
