Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment

Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members

Oversee daily shift operations, labor management, and scheduling

Help manage inventory, merchandising, and store conditions

Ensure compliance with company policies and local/federal laws

Step in as acting manager when the General Manager is away

Prior management or supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel is required
