412 Motorsport is looking for a driven Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle — from first contact to close — for our performance parts and tuning customers. This is a in person, phone/online-based role for someone who can build rapport fast, speak knowledgeably about performance upgrades, and confidently guide considered-purchase customers to a decision.
You won't be handed a script and a list — you'll be working leads from multiple channels (inbound inquiries, ad-generated leads, referrals, and your own prospecting) and managing the relationship all the way through to a closed sale.
What You'll Do
- Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat — speed-to-contact is critical to our close rate
- Qualify prospects to understand their vehicle, performance goals, and budget
- Recommend the right parts/tuning packages based on customer needs
- Handle objections and pricing conversations confidently
- Follow up persistently with leads who haven't yet decided
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM — every lead, call, and follow-up logged
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities complementary parts, install/tuning packages, maintenance plans
- Hit monthly revenue and close-rate targets
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (phone/remote sales preferred); automotive or performance industry experience is a strong plus
- Passion in cars/performance — you don't need to be a mechanic, but you should be able to talk shop with enthusiasts
- Strong phone presence and ability to build trust quickly with strangers
- Comfortable with consultative, considered-purchase sales cycles (not high-pressure, single-call closes)
- Self-starter who can manage a pipeline without heavy oversight
- CRM experience (we'll train on our specific tools)
- Reliable internet/phone setup for remote work
Compensation
- Base + commission structure (DOE) — competitive on-target earnings for performance
- Uncapped commission on closed sales
- Growth path into senior sales or sales lead role as revenue scales
