Overview
The Assembly Technician will work in the Electrical Harness department and will be trained to assemble and install electrical harnesses and assemblies for agricultural equipment manufactured at Bazooka Farmstar.
Essential Job Functions
- Assemble electrical harnesses and other electrical products according to drawings and work instructions.
- Assist in installing and troubleshooting completed harnesses on machinery in the Final Assembly area.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels in the electrical department through routine cycle counts.
- Use a computer to record progress, look up drawings, track orders, and occasionally load software onto devices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Requires a high school diploma.
- Must have good dexterity with hands.
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekend hours as needed.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Time management skills and capable of working in a team environment.
