We are seeking a Customer Support Lead for our Seattle area client. This position functions as a floater, providing back-up coverage across multiple account locations when employees are out sick, on vacation, or when additional support is needed.
You will be cross-trained in multiple service areas—including mailroom, shipping & receiving, printing, courier services, and general office services—and uphold the Standards of Service and best practices developed by OMG.
This is a permanent role with benefits beginning on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provide back-up coverage across multiple account locations as needed
-
Step into various roles and perform duties as instructed by Field Support Supervisor and Account Managers

Travel between local OMG locations to receive cross-training
-
Adapt to changing daily responsibilities, locations, and service needs
-
Assist clients in person and by phone, providing accurate information and prompt service
-
Deliver faxes and parcels in a timely manner
-
Produce copy and print jobs according to verbal/written instructions and perform quality checks

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents

Provide immediate assistance to clients entering the Copy/Mail Center
-
Work additional hours if required to meet client needs (including occasional weekends/holidays)

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a client-service-oriented environment

Familiarity with office service equipment (copiers, scanners, postage machines, barcode scanners, etc.)

Knowledge of USPS guidelines

Valid driver’s license

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
