LOCATION: **This position is located in Chandler, Gilbert or Tempe, AZ. **
General Summary:
This is a supervisory position that is responsible for the daily operations of the venue ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, expense control and creating/maintaining a favorable working relationship with team members to also ensure maximum productivity. This position performs other related duties as assigned.
REPORTS TO: Operations Manager and General Manager
SALARY / GRADE LEVEL: Salaried / Exempt
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Familiar with all company policies

- Utilizes guest feedback reporting to coach and develop team members and managers
- Motivates staff through shift meetings and positive feedback
- Turnover kept to a minimum
- Clearly understands all company training programs
- Develops key employees
- Follows all F & B specifications
- Health checks are timely and effective for BOH development
- Ensures Health Department/sanitation procedures are followed
- Understands par and prep procedures
- Excels at ordering, inventory, and costing
- Understands P&L reconciliation and variances
- Ensures cost of goods are within budget; Understands supply costs and levels (declining budgets)
- Understands weekly and EOP inventory procedures
- Builds comp store sales through increased customer counts
- Ensures proper security procedures are in place to protect managers, team members, guests and company assets

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Two to Three +( 2-3+) years minimum) Management experience in a high-volume Hospitality/Entertainment venue (annual revenue generation of $4-5 million or greater). Manager with extensive knowledge of total operations (previous theater or entertainment venue management is beneficial)
- Oversight of a staff size of 40+ team members
- Provide oversight and demonstrate expertise in operational budgets, profit and loss (P&L) reports, and financial forecasting.
- Manager Food Handler's Certificate and ABC Title 4 Certification are required
- Proven leadership and motivational skills

- Expected work week of 50 hours minimum; higher volume seasons and heavier work weeks are expected
- Flexible availability and willingness to commute and/or transfer to multiple venues. Locations include Chandler, Tempe or Gilbert, AZ.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office & G Suite) and office skills required
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is typically performed in the venue. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work involves a majority of standing, bending, stooping, twisting, climbing and some lifting up to 50 lbs.
HAZARDS:
Only those present in a normal theater/restaurant venue setting; no known significant hazards.
