Keep entire dealership in a clean and orderly condition

Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen areas

Empty trash and garbage containers

Perform exterior maintenance including snow removal, minor landscaping, window washing, painting, trash removal

Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical, and other maintenance activities

Other cleaning duties as assigned

Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred
