### Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dispatch Service Representative. As a Dispatch Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
### Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist guests and staff with maintenance requests and provide accurate information regarding schedules, and services
- Utilize phone systems and customer service tracking software to service orders, tasks and update customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as managers, guest services, and operations to ensure smooth maintenance operations
- Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and work towards finding appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of guest and vendor interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
-Able to work 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm
- Able to lift 50 lb. boxes
### Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of supply chain vendor management principles
