What You'll Do
· Lead tax compliance and consulting engagements for a variety of clients.
· Review returns, projections, and tax planning strategies while ensuring exceptional quality and client service.
· Coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
· Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
· Serve as a trusted advisor and identify opportunities to help clients achieve their goals.
What You Bring
- CPA license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of recent public accounting experience.
- Strong tax technical expertise and leadership experience.
- Outstanding communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
