Pastry Chef: The qualified candidate must have 5 - 10 years of experience as a chef in an Italian Bakery environment. Requirements include knowledge of all aspects of Italian desserts, cakes, cookies and bread making. The candidate must be capable and willing to take responsibility for all aspects of the production required to satisfy the demands of a busy store as well as the wholesale accounts. Candidate must be willing to provide references, name and phone number of former supervisors/managers upon request.
