Donut Decorator
Bring your creativity to Lantern—and help us make donuts people can’t stop thinking about.
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Donut Decorator to join our team. You’ll help turn freshly made donuts into something special by mixing icings, dipping, decorating and keeping a beautiful, steady supply ready throughout service.
Dessert or pastry experience is a plus, but attitude matters most. We’d rather work with a genuinely good person who is humble, reliable and excited to learn than someone with years of experience who isn’t a team player.
What You’ll Do
- Scale recipes accurately and consistently
- Prepare ingredients and mix icings
- Dip and decorate donuts with creativity and care
- Maintain a steady supply of fresh donuts throughout service
- Assist the donut fryer as needed
- Keep ingredients, tools and workstations organized
- Help with dishes and general cleaning
- Maintain a clean, safe workplace at all times
- Communicate clearly and support the team wherever needed

Experience with desserts, pastry or food preparation is helpful, but it isn’t required. We can teach technique. What matters most is that you show up, care about your work and treat the people around you well.
