Dental Office Manager / Dental Treatment Coordinator
We are a busy, well established office dental group with multiple locations looking for an experienced leader who enjoys sales and patient communication and wants to grow into a district manager role.
Looking for candidates confident presenting treatment plans, discussing finances, and guiding patients toward saying yes to the care they need.
Case acceptance and collections are what this position is measured on, and the person in it owns those numbers.
We are moving toward an AI augmented office and we are looking for someone who is interested to learn AI automation to increase efficiency and take repetitive work off the team, so they have more time to spend with the patients.
Our team is highly experienced in AI automation and will work alongside you to build and run these systems.
This position has a real path forward. The person who consistently closes cases, holds their numbers, and runs the office like they own it, will be promoted into a district manager role with great pay.
