Duties
- Greet clients professionally upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing information and scheduling appointments with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and client records using salon management software
- Handle administrative tasks such as overseeing customers and staffs maintaining organized work environmen
- Assist with duties such as appointment management, supply inventory, and general support as needed
- Support customer service efforts by confirming customers their booked service(s), answer questions, providing support during visits, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all salon equipment is functioning properly
- Maintain a clean salon with daily up-keep tasks
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience in a customer-focused environment preferred
- Knowledge in computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone reception best practices
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to better serve diverse clientele
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with Point of Sale system, taking appointments, and payments
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive team member that can work individually or along side other members
