- Up to $3,408.00/week (48 hours)
- Regular Rate: $37.00/hour
- Overtime Rate: $55.50/hour
- Tax-Free Stipends: $1,484/week
- 36 hour options available

We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for high-demand units in Rochester, NY, including Stepdown, ED Observation, and MedSurg Float.
These are flexible placement roles within a large hospital system, ideal for nurses comfortable working across multiple patient populations and adapting to varying unit needs.
Available Units
- ICU Stepdown
- ED Observation
- MedSurg Float Pool
Candidates will be placed based on experience and unit demand
Schedule (STRICT REQUIREMENT)
- Rotating shifts required (Days / Evenings / Nights)
- No straight shifts available
- 36 or 48 hours per week
- Every other weekend required
- Holidays / on-call per unit needs
Candidates must be fully flexible with rotation — this is non-negotiable
Requirements
- Active New York RN License (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 2 years RN experience (3+ preferred)
- Telemetry experience required
- BLS (AHA required)
- Additional certs may be required depending on unit (ACLS preferred)
- Must be comfortable in float / multi-unit environments
