Woodam Korean BBQ is seeking an experienced Wok Cook / Line Cook to join our growing kitchen team. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual with experience cooking in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook stir-fried dishes, fried rice, noodles, and other menu items
- Operate wok stations efficiently during lunch and dinner service
- Prepare and stock ingredients for daily operations
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
- Previous wok cooking experience required
- Experience in Korean, Chinese, Thai, or other Asian cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Spanish-speaking applicants preferred
