The Medicare Specialist acts as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through every step of the Medicare process from education and eligibility assessment to plan selection and enrollment while ensuring an exceptional customer experience that promotes long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Salary Range: $52,500.00 - $62,500.00 per year

Licensed in Life, Health, & Accident in the state of Missouri (required)

1 year of experience with Medicare products preferred but not required

In-depth knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Prescription Drug Plans

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Comfortable working with CRM systems and online quoting tools

Educate and guide clients through Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans.

Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend suitable coverage options.

Assist clients with enrollments, renewals, and plan changes.

Stay current on Medicare regulations, compliance requirements, and carrier offerings.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.

Work independently and/or with a team to meet individual and agency sales goals.
