The school serves students age 3 years to 8th grade with instruction based on State and Diocesan Standards with Christ at the center of all learning. Header: Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards, incorporating differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
- Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective behavior management strategies and engaging instructional techniques.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly using formative and summative assessments, including standardized testing data analysis, to tailor instruction accordingly.
- Integrate educational technology tools and learning technology resources to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and school-wide initiatives to promote best practices in elementary education.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians through conferences, reports, and updates to support student development and address individual needs.
- Support students with special education requirements or those needing early intervention by adapting lessons and providing targeted support.

- Proven experience teaching elementary school students with strong classroom management skills.
- Expertise in curriculum implementation and lesson planning across core subjects such as literacy, math, and social studies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher collaboration and student engagement.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual learning styles and developmental stages of young children.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education best practices, and special education strategies including working with children with autism or behavioral challenges.
