We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) to join our expanding multidisciplinary team.

The Holistic Hive is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice serving clients throughout Maryland. Our interdisciplinary team provides evidence-based, relationship-centered care across a wide range of specialties, including:
- Trauma and PTSD
- Anxiety and mood disorders
- ADHD and neurodivergent-affirming care
- Eating disorders
- Perinatal mental health
- Family and relationship therapy
- EMDR and trauma-focused interventions
- Integrative behavioral health services
- Court-involved family services and forensic mental health

Position Responsibilities
As an LCSW-C, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with physicians, schools, community agencies, and other providers
- Participate in clinical consultation and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Uphold ethical and professional standards of practice
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Maryland LCSW-C license
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
Preferred experience in one or more of the following:
- EMDR
- Trauma treatment
- OCD
- Eating disorders
- Perinatal mental health
- Family systems
- Attachment-based therapy
- Neurodivergent-affirming care
- Court-involved families
