Aarons AutoGlass is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for managing the complete scheduling and service coordination process for windshield repair and replacement services.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of performing efficiently in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally answer and manage inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Accurately identify and quote vehicle glass parts and services
- Assist customers with insurance claim processing and documentation
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching
- Maintain accurate customer records and job information
- Order and track required inventory and materials
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and internal team members
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
