- High school diploma or GED
- Must possess US Citizenship
- 3-5 years of MIG & TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or other related field.
- Advanced familiarity with welding tools, measuring devices and procedures.
- Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong troubleshooting & critical thinking skills.
- Highly detail-oriented & self-motivated.
- Efficient in team communication & collaboration.
- Prefer Certificate from a welding program.
- Lifting requirements of up to 50#
- Bending, stooping, kneeling, sweeping, stepping, walking as needed along with sitting/standing for long periods of time.
Compensation and Reporting:
