- Perform preventative maintenance and repair services on fleet vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues
- Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and operational reliability
- Repair and replace components including brakes, suspension systems, steering components, batteries, and other vehicle systems
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair orders, and service documentation
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve vehicle concerns
- Collaborate with fellow mechanics and maintenance leadership to meet service schedules and repair deadlines
- Help reduce vehicle downtime through proactive maintenance and timely repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Previous experience as a Fleet Mechanic, Fleet Technician, Automotive Technician, or Diesel Mechanic preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair techniques, and preventative maintenance procedures
- Ability to identify issues quickly and recommend effective repair solutions
- Experience servicing high-volume fleets is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, safety-focused, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license required
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required
