We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Lawn Care & Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to assist with our growing residential and commercial mowing routes and upcoming fall clean-up season.
This role offers flexible hours between part-time and full-time, making it ideal for someone looking for steady outdoor work with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial mowing equipment (zero-turns, walk-behinds, push mowers, leaf vacuum).
- Perform routine property maintenance including string trimming, edging, and backpack blowing.
- Assist with fall clean-ups: leaf removal, gutter cleaning, bed weed removal, and debris hauling.
- Safely load, unload, and secure equipment on trailers.
- Maintain clean job sites and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping preferred (will train the right person).
- Ability to safely operate power equipment and hand tools.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 40+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the daily shop/pickup site.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (preferred, if driving company trucks).
