We are hiring General Production Workers in Escondido, CA for day and night shifts (Monday–Saturday) to support bakery operations in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including rotating across areas such as packing, deposit, de-panning, and loading/unloading while ensuring product quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the production process.
Responsibilities
- Pack, wrap, box, and organize baked goods
- Load/unload molds and assist with de-panning and deposit tasks
- Operate in production areas including ovens and rail lines
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures
- Support team operations and adapt to different tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual: Spanish & English required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Physical stamina to lift and move products as needed
