Position details
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of marketing projects across multiple channels, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, resource managers, and stakeholders to coordinate project intake, resource allocation, workflow management, and project delivery using Adobe Workfront in a fast-paced, high-volume marketing environment.
Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing projects across multiple channels, including email, paid media, direct mail, web, content, and integrated campaigns.
· Review project requests and requirements to assess scope, complexity, timelines, dependencies, and level of effort.
· Build and maintain project plans, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines are met.
· Utilize Adobe Workfront to manage project intake, workflow execution, task assignments, status tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
· Partner with Resource Managers to support capacity planning, resource allocation, and staffing assignments across a high-volume portfolio of work.
· Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing strategy, creative, content, operations, analytics, and external vendors.
· Support project management team operations by providing project coverage, sharing best practices, and helping drive process consistency and operational excellence.
· Deliver clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, changes, and key decisions.
Qualifications
· 3-5+ years of project management experience supporting marketing organizations and integrated marketing campaigns.
· Proven experience managing projects from intake through final delivery across multiple marketing channels.
· Hands-on experience using Adobe Workfront for project management, workflow management, and reporting <— due to length of contract, Adobe Workfront working experience is a requirement.
· Strong understanding of marketing campaign planning, creative development, production processes, and go-to-market execution.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, gathering requirements, and driving accountability across teams.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
Pay: $65.00 per hour
