Maintenance Person
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ability to fabricate or repair parts as needed.
