We are looking for an ambitious Apprentice / Helper who wants to learn a high-paying trade from the ground up. You do not need years of construction experience—if you show up on time every day, work hard, and have a great attitude, we will teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do (Job Duties):
- Learn the Trade: Work side-by-side with experienced installers to learn roofing, siding, custom trim capping, and window systems.
- Jobsite Setup & Material Handling: Stage tools, move materials, and prepare equipment so jobs run smoothly and safely.
- Tear-Off & Ground Support: Assist with exterior tear-offs, maintain a clean and safe work area, and manage site cleanup.
- Safety First: Follow proper safety standards, including ladder safety, harness tie-offs, and PPE.
The Reality of the Work:
- Real Trade Hours: We start early and on time every day. Finish times vary based on daylight and securing the job before weather hits (some days wrap up early afternoon, while others require pushing late to beat the rain).
- Physical Work: This is active, outdoor work year-round that involves climbing ladders, working on roofs, and regular heavy lifting.
What We Offer:
- Starting Pay: $16.00 to $22.00/hr based on your initial ability and work history.
- Clear Path to Higher Earnings: We don't hold people back. As your hands-on skills and independence grow, your pay moves quickly toward $25 to $30+/hr.
- Local Work: All projects are local—you are home every night.
- Gear Provided: We supply all specialty tools, safety harnesses, and equipment. You just need proper work boots and a strong work ethic.
